THIS IS IT. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST JJA-JANG MYUN (black bean paste noodles) I HAVE EVER, EVER, EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I cried a little when it touched my lips. So much wok-hei. Superb in every way. Sauce gets 💯, noodles get 💯 - each on their own. 200 full points for this on a 100 point scale!!!!

These are absolutely incredible. Handmade noodles with incredibly tangy, spicy, herby sauce. The toothfeel of these biang biang noodles is one of the absolute best I have ever had. OMG they were sooooo good. Big chunks of beef. Sublime dish. #omg

Amazing - these "liang pi" noodles are made by removing the gluten from wheat dough... resulting in a chewy, translucent noodle served with a sauce that is like... Drugs. 😂 vinegary, ever so slightly spicy (but totally manageably), with cucumbers and the removed gluten, ADDED BACK IN AS A TOPPING (see what looks like scrambled eggs in the pic)! Pure genius. A truly excellent example of this traditional dish, originating from Shaanxi Province, available right here in London for us mere mortals to enjoy. #omg

OMG... Absolutely smashing noodles. Wide, handmade noodles with a choice of toppings that you can choose. I had it with egg, tomato, chilli oil, pork, and nappa cabbage. Slightly vinegary flavour. Changed my life. Please do yourself a favour and check it out!!!💯💯💯

Unique kway teow... the noodles are fried first, with plenty of wok hei (that fire taste!!), and then coated in a creamy eggy gravy... sublime. And, for once, I found myself commenting on how MANY prawns there were in this dish... never ending prawns. Amazing!! 🦐🍤🦐🍤🦐🍤

Suuuuper delicious sauce in these dan dan noodles. Seriously, one of these best dan dan sauces ever for me - bright, tangy, meaty... Amazing. At lunchtime, these are served with tasty pickled radishes and a celery & pork stir fry side, as well as dumpling soup. Tremendous, deeeep soul warming food. Highly recommended!

Reaaaaally yummy zha jiang mian, with tons of meat inside. So filling, in the best way possible. Well seasoned, great noodle quality, and served with all the best accompaniments. Awesome!!!

Amazing drunken noodles. So clean, spicy and delicious.

Wow... So simple... And yet so much depth of flavour. The sesame sauce was so good I drank the remaining sauce straight out of the bowl at the end! Bright taste - no, intoxicating taste. Awesome!

These noodles come with the Bak Chor Mee soup... they are pretty good, but not quite “rock and roll”...

These simple noodles were pretty tasty - I’d happily eat them any day... but they certainly werent’t the best I’ve had of this type. The meat was soft but suuuuuuper fatty. It was very well seasoned... great, simple, hangover-type grub. Yum!
