FRIED KWAY TEOW IN CREAMY EGG GRAVY

Unique kway teow... the noodles are fried first, with plenty of wok hei (that fire taste!!), and then coated in a creamy eggy gravy... sublime. And, for once, I found myself commenting on how MANY prawns there were in this dish... never ending prawns. Amazing!! 🦐🍤🦐🍤🦐🍤
