2nd HANWOO TENDERLOIN STEAK WITH UNI
Woo Tender, SeoulThis one is hanwoo (a Korean breed of cow, similar marbling to Wagyu) tenderloin, ordered with uni, because, why the hell not.
A highER brow “surf and turf” if you will.
The brininess of the uni (sea urchin ‘nads) is a perfect foil to the smoky, fattiness of this intensely marbled chunk of meat. This tenderloin was a bit less marbled than the other one I had, but it was insane. I only rate it lower than the plain one, because well, the plain, unadulterated one is perfection.
10/10 would still get into bed with this one again though. 😂😂😂
