Perfect flavour and seasoning - amazing with the leek and preserved beldi lemon... Cooked for 12 hours at low temp. Boom. It's a flank cut though - Don't expect it to just melt in the mouth. Give a little (chew) to get a lotta taste. 👍🏼 PS extra noteworthy because the steak jus spread out, looking like a running man 😆
