HANWOO TENDERLOIN STEAK

This is the best steak I’ve ever had in my life... And it wasn’t a ribeye, nor a porterhouse, nor a tomahawk, nor a picanha, or anything most steak lovers say is the best cut... it was a freaking tenderloin. Fillet steak, filet mignon, whatever you want to call it. But look at the intense marbling in the second photo!!! This restaurant specialises in this cut, and it was absolutely incredible. Cooked over super intensely hot natural charcoal.
