Ok, so I’ve seen Cauliflower steak on restaurant menus and chuckled to myself on many occasions...more the fool me, this was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! It came with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, kale and gravy. I’m a total convert.

Amazingly good, considering it was a delivery roast! Yum!!!🤤
