Melt in your mouth delicious. They made it off menu for me which was an added bonus.

Tender veal covered in a chanterelle sauce.

I was so excited about this dish but unfortunately it wasn't quite right. The vegetables were a little too salty and of the two pieces of veal, one was perfectly pink the other was more raw, the risotto also was quite disappointing :(

I wasn't as blown away as I had expected with this but still everything made up for this minor hiccup!
