This restaurant invented cannelloni. So it goes without saying they know what they're doing. This is an off-menu variant, made without the usual tomato sauce. The spinach and ricotta filling was very good - not wet nor bland. And there's a generous amount of parmegiana on the table to season/indulge yourself 👌🏻😋🇮🇹
