The Gazebo Restaurant in the Congress Hotel has 1 star on Yelp with 3 total reviews. Biggest complaint was the cost for what you get. We knew what we were getting into, but this was an early breakfast chosen for convenience so we could get started on our long day. I fully expected an overcooked dry chicken breast...so I was pleasantly surprised by the dark meat. It was 2 large wings separated into 2 flats and 2 drums. They were very seasoned and fried. Waffle was fine. I thought the strawberries were a strange decision, but they were a great chaser to the waffles dipped in syrup.
