I didn't think this could beat out my number one fried chicken and waffles, but the chicken breast was so tender and juicy that it would have passed for a thigh. That was amazing! Combine that with excellent crunch and flavor and strawberry butter and this is my new favorite!

This is what this diner is known for. The waitresses all wear shirts that say "Second Best Chicken and Waffles". Adorable. Great service too. This is not an Arty farty, Gastropub version of chicken and waffles. Good fried chicken. Good waffle. They bring you syrup and sweet Thai chili sauce. I never would have thought of it, but I really like that combination with the chicken and the sweet Thai chili. Bottom line is: I would come back for this over and over again.

We ordered this through Grub Hub delivery... it was still amazing! We popped the waffles in the toaster for a short time and they were perfect. The best! Their chicken is sooo good 😊

boneless southern fried chicken served with a golden waffle and spiced watermelon. Same chicken as their dinner offering. Delicious. I don't prefer the breast, so I only eat half of it... Excellent waffles! My husband thinks these are the best waffles he's ever had. Watermelon was pretty good. Tasted like Watermelon with Tagine on it.

Served with red eye gravy and syrup on the waffles. Crazy delicious!

Battered & fried chicken breast, 2 eggs, warm syrup & powdered sugar. You can't really pick it up and eat it as a sandwich, so it's a little misnamed. As far as Chicken and waffles goes though, it is very successful. I do like the addition of the fried eggs. The eggs or initially overcooked, but they brought us an entirely different plate. The service was great. This is their cajun fried chicken breast and the seasoning is really nice.

Normally served with 2 fried chicken breasts, but we requested chicken thighs. it's much juicier, but they hammered it pretty thin. The waffles have bacon in it. Not little tiny bacon pits, but full slices of bacon. That's kind of difficult to cut through, but I guess that's just their thing. It's a super giant plate of food, so definitely have a partner to eat it with

2 Sage Fried Chicken Breasts, smoked bacon waffle, hot maple reduction, fried leeks and served with two eggs. The bacon in the waffle worked. We actually got a thigh and a breast. The thigh was so much better. The breast was too dry for me. Again, bring an army to help eat it.

Okay, I know it's not waffles, but I figured that it's a take on Chicken and waffles. Caramel crusted creme brulee toast, cheesy scrambled eggs and citrus fried chicken breast. The chicken has a Nashville mildly spicy rub on it. The chicken is tender and has a nice kick. The toast is a very interesting flavor and is similar to bread pudding. You got a lot of sweet and a lot of spicy in this dish, but everything is really good.

Great waffles, crispy chicken. The only problem is that it is a whole fried hen, which means not much meat for all the bones you have to deal with.

Buttermilk fried chicken, sriracha maple butter. I would not call it a butter. It tasted like a maple gravy. It's so interesting and really worked.

The chicken was really good. It was very thin but not dry. It was very much like a chicken katsu. However, the waffle was very dense.

The chicken was a little dry. The potatoes are really good. They have fried shrimp and waffles... I might have to come back to try that!

Requested this without the slaw and aioli. The chicken was tender but not too flavorful on its own. Syrup added was good, but overall not as great as we've had elsewhere.

The chicken is unique and I do give them credit for that. The skin is very crisp...like a chip. The waffle is basic and a little too dense for me.
