HEART OF PALM "PASTA"
Hot and Hot Fish Club, Birmingham
With Bayou La Batre Shrimp, Arugula, Verjus, Chives and Salmon Roe. This sounded interesting on the menu, but was poorly executed. They ran out of salmon roe & it was more like a hot soup than a faux pasta dish.
