DUCK BREAST

Duck breast with crispy skin. With a side of celery, chilli and (sour) mulberries. The meat was soft but my only complaint was that the sinews were not fully removed, and made it difficult to chew. Not quite acceptable for a Michelin restaurant (and the price charged). #Michelin #michelin1star
