For International Hummus Day this year, I took my cue from @awhiskandaspoon’s recent post of Rachel Simons’ hummus — she made it look so irresistible. It took quite a few extra spoonfuls of iced water to loosen mine into a dippable (without breaking the cracker) consistency, but the effort was worth it. Paired with homemade seed-topped whole grain crackers for extra wholesomeness.
