This is probably Klang Town’s most renown dish! The ‘Pork, Bone, Tea’ are various cuts of pork stewed into a rich broth, with Chinese herbs and soy sauces. It is a breakfast staple of Klangites. They come in variations and should suit a range of palates. It goes well with a plate of lightly-oiled boiled rice, topped with fried shallots and a bowl of cut dough sticks.
