NOT the coffee but 4 different cuts of beautiful, local, organic beef. You can see the brisket and tongue (cured and then cooked) - amazing how a cow can taste so differently depending on where you've grabbed the piece from! Definitely worth noting is the fab hash browns you see in the back - so crunchy, crispy, yummy, perfect. It was hard not to fill up on scoop after scoop of those.
