DUCK FAT FRIES

I was told by the bartender that it's still the same recipe as when this place was the Fermentation Lab, but duck fat flavor wasn't really there. Fried well and all delicious, but nothing really special.
OG chef is now working at the Japantown Fermentation Lab. I guess I need to go there if I really want those yummy Duck Fat Fries.
