This shareable item is something I DID NOT want to share. Crinkle cut fries smothered with cheddar cheese and Country gravy. Bacon was added and totally made this super delicious.

Crispy on the outside, moist and fully cooked on the inside... plus the duck fat flavor! 🤤🤤🤤 served with garlic confit aioli which goes better with these fries than the ketchup.

These are really good when they're warm. However the SF Bay cold breeze cools these down real quick and then they're kinda meh.

If you love garlic, they put on loads of it. We could smell it coming when it was delivered to the table. When we reached the bottom, there was still lots of garlic flavor.

I was told by the bartender that it's still the same recipe as when this place was the Fermentation Lab, but duck fat flavor wasn't really there. Fried well and all delicious, but nothing really special. OG chef is now working at the Japantown Fermentation Lab. I guess I need to go there if I really want those yummy Duck Fat Fries.

We stopped in Idaho and had to have Idaho potato fries! =D

Traditional French fried potatoes tossed with parmesan, garlic, and parsley. Served with Cajun Spice Rémoulade. Not as garlicky as I hoped, but still good.

These were ordered from the Pizza Plus food stand at the Staten Island Ferry Building. They served Nathan's hot dogs and fries. We inhaled the "original" version from the Coney Island location before I was able to take a photo. These were not as good. The fry oil was different in flavor and the fries were kinda soggy, even though they were just pulled out, hot, from the fryer.
