Flavour was alright but a bit under-seasoned for me. Bit strong from the red wine in the braising liquor and also too thin for the pasta - needed tomato paste in it to thicken it so the pasta was coated better. Not sure watercress and pea complemented it either - carrot and onion for more sweetness to offset the wine would've been better. Lastly, I wanted more parmesan, but then again, who doesn't? šŸ˜‚
