NYT COOKING’S FLUFFY CHEDDAR BISCUITS

For this month’s bucket list bake. The biscuits baked up golden and crisp outside, somewhat fluffy inside (I guess I was incapable of handling them gently enough in the rush to get them done in time for lunch), nicely cheesy throughout and they paired well with leftover honey butter.
