#menestron is the #peruvian version of the Italian Soup. It has some pasta and some beans in it, but that’s were the similarities end 😁 With chunks of beef, chunks of yuka and the local white large corn 🌽 it has been a successful Fusion. The Peruvians know how to do do it!
