Omg! This was so rich & delicious! Thin-sliced 48 hour sous vide short ribs topped with melted Gruyere, a sunny runny egg, spicy tomato marmalade, shishito pepper salsa verde, pickled red onion & butter lettuce on an everything multi grain bagel. What a great combination. The Crown Shy chef recently got his first Michelin Star. Yet another artery clogging, fattening, delicious sandwich in my area! At least it’s only here through November!
