Ahhh... Mr. Carastians dish for this lunch (And the main to the side salad). Kalbskopf, a.k.a. Tête de veau, a.k.a. veals head. tasty wonderful cheek meat, pressed and then breaded in panko and panfried. A Bavarian classic that is unfortunately only rarely on menus anymore (people think it is gross? I don't know...). Intense beef flavor, served with a home made (Think "from scratch") sauce and a wonderful Bavarian potato salad (potatoes, cucumber, some oil and vinegar, chives. done.). Bavaria - you are truly gods chosen country ;-))
