Beef tenderloin, baby spinach, caramelized onions, gorgonzola, grilled potatoes, and mushrooms, topped with two poached eggs and herb-chive hollandaise sauce. Very pricey at 19.95, but it was cooked perfectly and very unique. Yum, yum, yum.
