I am normally a bacon and maple syrup type of girl but after firstly devouring my smashed avo I went sweet this time. That white goodness on top is clotted cream and I had forgotten just how god damn good clotted cream is smothered on just about anything. This version was topped with a sprinkling of mint and homemade granola. I LOVE granola so this has all the yeses from me @cutthemustardcafe 🥞 🥓 ☕️
