Love their "swap' policy where you can pretty much build your own burger or use an existing template and change it at will. Take for instance this beauty. Original has "american cheese", bacon and bbq sauce - which was changed to cheddar cheese, bacon and garlic mayo (on the side thankfully, cuz that was some POTENT stuff!). Burger was good, but not excellent.
