This dry version was delectable! The noodles (egg & broad rice) were blanched and stirred-in with soy sauces (et al.); topped with the fantastic cracklings. It was accompanied by a bowl of rich soup which had mince and slices of pork and on this occasion, an egg. This was a first try, and found a good marriage between the noodles and the flavourful soy sauces. Further enhanced by a couple of spoonsful of the porky soup stirred in by yours truly. Truly tasty.
