11th SZECHUAN SPICY NOODLES
RESTORAN SUPERMIAN, KlangBack again at Super Mian, and this time a try on the Szechuan Spicy Noodles. Served is their own-made Glass Noodles in a spicy Szechuan soup (of course!), and topped with spinach, peanuts, bean sprouts, fried bean curd, vegetarian ’anchovies’ & ‘fish’ and Szechuan chilli oil. The initial bites were insipid, with the thick glass noodles being somewhat bland; however, once the noodles took in the flavour of the soup, it became a pretty good dish.
