The empire state burger which contains: - 6oz Burger Patty - American Cheese - Smoked Bacon - Pulled Beef Brisket - Onion Rings Served with fries and coleslaw. The burger was piled high with a skewer to keep it all together. The bacon was nice and crispy with the smoky flavour really popping and the pulled beef brisket was fatty and tender but the burger patty was a bit dry.
