Pureed avocado with prawns, grated parmesan and lemon juice wrapped in strips of smoked salmon served with rockets (arugula if you're American 😁) Avocado and salmon has always been best of buddies and is great together no matter what but when I had this all together, it's a party in my mouth. I always order this when I'm at Il Bordello so I have to recommend for others to try.
