A true pineapple flavor & I think the pink peppercorns add a slightly dark depth of flavor. Really interesting sorbet. It’s in a base of coconut milk with Raaka vegan white chocolate. My favorite of all the flavors I tasted. It was the birthday of the shop as well as the owner! Swipe to see.
