BRIEF: Balanced with a long finish. Notes of cherry, berry and plum. SOOT’S TAKE: Unsure how or why this Fenian soldier convict was chosen to represent this Pinot Noir, but it was very smooth i.e. drinkable and it paired fairly well with takeout Bak Kut Teh and Siu Yuk (which I skipped but everyone else enjoyed).
