A bag of so-called "off grade" abura age(deep fried tofu puff), again, freshly made, straight from the factory. Can make cone sushi, nochi pouch, put them in a soup...so many various way to cook, but my ultimate fave is munch into the fresh-made one straight from the bag. Totally different from the one that's packed & sold at stores. More aroma, flavor & the best of all is you'd taste a hint of nutty/savory crunchiness outside, sweetness inside.
