Mrs. C can't help herself... if there's boiled beef on the menu... she's gotta have it! This rendition was pretty good, although the veggies in the pot were not edible due to over mushiness. I love when they supply fresh, crisp ones to be slurped up in the broth. But overall solid. Would have liked a bit more fresh horseradish shavings, as well.
