Gentle, lightly sweet, creamy sorbet in a pool of sauced strawberries. Really very good, but when you see the next dessert you’ll understand why I am not raving. I also forgot the details of the ingredients & since it was a special, I can’t research it. But, a lovely ending (almost) to an outstanding meal.
