The home team (Schloßwirtschaft Wildenwart - our host for the event) takes a swing and gets a BIG HIT! The best plate of the night (along with the tri-sotto, close second) easily. The veal was fork tender and a true testament to the art of tafelspitz technique (boiled in juices for hours), alongside some very tasty pork-infused wirsing - and the unforgettable lentils that were PERFECT with their smoky, tart balsamic finish.
