The Rice Bowl Sushi bar, St. Peters
This Korean/Japanese fusion restaurant has a Chirashi dish, but this is different - with a Korean spin. Perfectly cubed tuna, salmon, white tuna, red snapper, and cucumber with thin slices of avocado and strings of krab on top of baby spring mix on top of white rice. The Gochujang sauce on top was the icing on the cake! Super good! I'm excited about this little place.
