Tuna tataki with torched sugared blood orange. Amazing!

This was spot on and the sauce was spicy and gingery and delish.

Tuna sashimi wrapped around daikon radish sprouts, sitting atop daikon radish spirals and citrus ponzu and sprinkled with Ichiban chili pepper. Loved the spicy kick but man, my lips were burning! LOL! Special small plate.

This Korean/Japanese fusion restaurant has a Chirashi dish, but this is different - with a Korean spin. Perfectly cubed tuna, salmon, white tuna, red snapper, and cucumber with thin slices of avocado and strings of krab on top of baby spring mix on top of white rice. The Gochujang sauce on top was the icing on the cake! Super good! I'm excited about this little place.

Thick, juicy slices with a delicate charred taste. Served in a spicy ponzu!

Good but not my favorite fish.

This was really just OK, but I wouldn’t order it again. I like my sashimi cold & this was doused in hot olive oil. I gave it a try... 🤗
