This is a limited edition, miso paitan. A Tokyo-style ramen bowl with chewy, wavy noodles, it's here over the next month or so. The broth is rich, savoury and basically a comforting hug in soup form. Every slurp is satisfying. 😋 Textures are good, with sweetcorn and sugar snap peas providing a complementing sweetness too. Pork was soft though I'd have liked a larger trio of slices. Well worth a sample if it's still on.
