They have an option on the menu...choose your base, then your meat then your sauce. One option is the ‘mac boy’...a house made Cajun mac and cheese. Sorry to say this was like no mac and cheese I had ever had- it was more like a fusilli pasta in a weak white cheese sauce, which was a real shame. However with the meat combination on top (pork belly) and some good sauces on top...the whole dish came together better than I expected and was relatively ‘nice.’ This could be made into a real show stopper though with a proper mac and cheese base! #macandcheese
