Rib eye was perfect. I added the sauteed mushrooms, but won't in the future. They are large and plentiful, but I didn't love the flavor. The steak did not need it. They make the potato cheesecakes smaller now and give you 4. They are still delicious and I love the salsa ranch they serve with it!
