12 oz. I am a ribeye person and not generally fond of New York steaks but this cut was perfect. Not a single tough or grizzly part to it. It cut like butter and it was seasoned very well. Some people may have thought it was a little heavy on the salt but I loved it! It was served with I think caramelized onion gravy. Whatever it was, it was delicious. It came with a slaw. The regular is 16 oz. 🤤 They have a large (for most of their meats) which is 20 oz! You can't really appreciate the size from the pictures. It's 2 inches thick! The pit master is inside and can be seen through windows. He got all of our thick steaks cooked PERFECTLY. Masterful. My husband swears he must baste the meats in salted water because they are so flavorful that no salt and pepper was needed at all. This restaurant is super old school and about 3 hours from our home. Josh has already asked when we can go back!

16 oz and still amazing. Most of the people at our table had their steaks cooked a little more than they requested, so make sure to keep that in mind. The steaks come with choice of potato, beans for the table, and garlic bread for the table. They have a pickled condiment tray for the table upon request and you also get a scoop of ice cream at the end!

10oz New York Strip Steak with a garlic bourbon cream sauce, fingerling potatoes and carrots. Cooked PERFECTLY. I'm not usually a fan of NY steaks, but this one was beautiful. Seasoned well.

It was so nice to have that as a side to the steak. The steak is everything that should be very reminiscent of a lot of BBQs we've been to

24 oz bone-in, dry aged steak. Served with charred squash, avocados, watercress and sweet peppers. It also came with three sauces: a serrano chili sauce, a tomatillo sauce and a habanero Mayo sauce. There were corn tortillas and chimichurri sauce as well. There were so many combinations with all these ingredients that you could have totally different tasting meals all within this one dish. It was lots of fun.

35oz USDA Prime Cut bone-in Ribeye. Unfortunately, I think that huge bone accounts for a big chunk of the weight. Comes sizzling to the table. Great char but no seasoning (add your own salt and pepper). We thought it was delicious but overpriced at $130.
