WOW. I was so pleasantly surprised by this pizza - it is a thin, light flatbread type base, with sundried tomato and harissa sauce, chorizo, parmesan, rocket, aioli, chilli sauce, and dressing - and it is AMAZING. While it may be totally non-standard for a traditional pizza, the Italians at flatplanet totally get this right. The flavours meld so well, and create an excellent pizza that is neither greasy nor overly rich. I really can't wait to try another one! 🍕 #pizzapower #omg
