An entire pint’s worth of painstakingly sliced, herbed cremini shrooms piled high atop toasted homemade soft whole wheat sourdough coated with a schmear of Dijon-rich bechamel; and to top it all off, a shower of Comte melted and grilled to perfection. Enjoyed over 10 precious minutes to self with a glass of chilled rosé as I take time to live a little.
