TRIPLE MEAT ON RICE

Rarely go wrong with any trio of HK/Cantonese style meats. This was tasty, but to be nitpicky, here's the breakdown:
▪️ Hainanese chicken with green onion sauce - not the softest poached chicken and the green sauce was a little bit too salty
▪️ Roast duck was probably the best of the trio selected - nice flavour and not too fatty
▪️ Roast pork - needed more crunch in the crackling
Appreciate a good side of steamed greens (baby pak choi) included in the meal.
