Wow! This was not on the tasting menu, but they are considering putting it on their menu so they wanted to know what we thought... Consensus was - Yes! Put it on the menu! There was no description, so everyone was trying to figure out what the sauce was... thick aguachile? salsa Verde? maybe with avocado blended in?
