On spinach chlorophyll, Camembert cheese sphere, mushroom, bell pepper dollops, bacon terrine and perigneux sauce (made with foie gras). Beautiful pieces of meat and tasty sauces. Although I thought there may be one too many puréed foods on this plate. But the flavour of everything was divine.
