Still the best naeng-myun in the world for me. I try again and again to find one that will unseat this from the glory of #1 and I fail every time. It is truly life-changing - meaning, my life is changed for the better EVERY time I have it. 😂😂😂😂 The broth is made of meat and bones, simmered for at least a day, then ultra-chilled and served with bits of frozen broth ice. The noodles themselves are super thick; they are pressed through a bronze die, leaving the surface rough and creating the perfect balance of toothfeel and texture. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯 one thousand points!!
