Still the best naeng-myun in the world for me. I try again and again to find one that will unseat this from the glory of #1 and I fail every time. It is truly life-changing - meaning, my life is changed for the better EVERY time I have it. 😂😂😂😂 The broth is made of meat and bones, simmered for at least a day, then ultra-chilled and served with bits of frozen broth ice. The noodles themselves are super thick; they are pressed through a bronze die, leaving the surface rough and creating the perfect balance of toothfeel and texture. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯 one thousand points!!

Oh, WOW. This one came out of nowhere - so so so so so clean tasting. Sort of a "Woo Lae Oak" style naeng-myun... Broth is co delicate, yet the meat essence is prevalent. Hard to describe. Would be even better if it was a crushed iced broth, IMHO. Noodles were perfect in flavour. A bit in the thinner side. High in buckwheat content. Awesome overall finish!!!

Superb. Such a clean tasting broth - similar to Piyang-Og's naengmyun. Possibly slightly more in the style of Pyongyang Myun Ok. Noodles are a bit on the thinner side.

Excellent broth. Probably the favourite amongst most korean people who love naengmyun. Noodles a bit thin for me, personally. Really delicious overall, though!

This is an excellent example of Naeng-myun, or "cold korean buckwheat noodle soup". This one is clean, refreshing, super al dente. Excellent!

This is "Naeng-myun made with winter radish kimchi broth". It is cool, refreshing, and delicious. Slightly "zingy", very nice example.

For a North Korean restaurant (naengmyun is originally from Northern Korea), I expected better than this. Broth wasn’t quite right, and the noodles were mediocre. Just meh.

Not bad for a place that is not a "specialist" in Naeng-myun! This village is populated by people who left North Korea during the war and settled in this little hamlet. Check it out!!
