In a coconut turmeric broth. Which was great for dipping that lovely fresh bread in. I loved the generous seafood in this. That huge river prawn, some perfectly cooked squid, a few very large prawns, dorado fillet pieces and the mussels. It was also served with a bowl of rice on the side. But I preferred the bread ;)
