I really wanted to like this and the shallots & garlic smelled amazing during the 20 min cook-down, but the shallot jam was ultimately overwhelmed by the anchovies. The dish was incredibly salty 😣 although you started getting slightly used to it after a few mouthfuls. I will try again next time sans the anchovies. Or maybe just 1 fillet. If I can find better quality ones.
